On your phone only. Nothing is sent anywhere, so there is nothing for us to look up or recover. Deleting the app deletes it.

No. They are estimates until you enter your own prices, and then they are only as good as what you enter.
Are the recipes suitable for allergies?
The app's “do not eat” filter reads ingredient names only. It is not an allergy check, so please read every label yourself.

They are ideas for babies starting solids. Follow NHS weaning guidance. This is not medical advice.
How do I change my plan?
Open a meal in your week and choose Swap, Move or Remove. Choose Plan again for a fresh week.
