Berry smoothie bowl
A thick, cold, spoonable smoothie of frozen berries and banana, loaded with oats, pumpkin seeds and peanut butter. It comes together fast and eats like a bowl of ice cream.

Method
- Take the berries out of the freezer 5 minutes before you start, so the blender can cope with them.
- Put the berries, one banana, half the oats and the oat milk in the blender.
- Blend, stopping to push the fruit down, until thick and smooth. It should hold a spoon upright; add more milk a splash at a time only if the blades will not turn.
- Scrape into two bowls straight away, before it melts.
- Finish with the second banana in slices, the rest of the oats, the pumpkin seeds and the peanut butter.
Tip Eat it straight away, as it melts fast. If your blender struggles, add milk a splash at a time, not all at once.
